Making Homemade Apple Pie - Preparation Table Workshop

In this workshop students will learn to make all of the items necessary to create a charming scene in 1/12 scale of a homemade apple pie being made. Items made will include apples, a pie shell, pastry rolled out on a board, apple slices and peels, flour and sugar in canisters, water in a jug and butter chunks in a crock.
Jacey Culham will supply all of the polymer clay, resin and related supplies, plus original pewter castings of a vegetable peeler, a knife and a rolling pin for students to paint, a pie pan and a wooden cutting board.
The Dollhouse & Train Emporium will supply blue and white striped porcelain "Cornishware" accessories including two canisters, a water jug and a butter crock plus a porcelain bowl and a delightful pine worktable to display the scene on.
The class is suitable for any skill level. Upon registration students will be provided with a short list of tools and supplies that they should bring to class.
The class will be a full day - 9:30 am to 4:30 pm - with a break for a delicious gourmet lunch provided by Colleen of the Dollhouse & Train Emporium.
The cost is $110.00 with tax and lunch included. Space is limited so don't delay. The fee is non-refundable but is transferable. You can book your spot by phone with a credit card!
